The actual charging speed depends on the connected device, charger output, battery condition and supported charging profile.Charging note: The 36W figure is the cable's advertised maximum rating, not a guaranteed charging speed for every iPhone. Key Features of Mcdodo CA-7780

Ultra-Thin Connector for Better Case Compatibility

Some charging cables have bulky connector housings that can be difficult to use with protective phone cases. The Mcdodo CA-7780 features a slim connector profile measuring approximately 5.7mm.This compact design is intended to make connecting your device easier when using cases with narrow charging-port openings. It can also help keep the connector area less crowded when other ports or accessories are nearby. Actual case compatibility depends on the opening and design of your particular phone case.

Flexible Air-Braided Nylon Construction

The Cab Luma Air design focuses on flexibility, portability and convenient daily handling. Its air-braided nylon exterior provides a textured finish while allowing the cable to bend and coil for storage. The aluminium-alloy connector housings complement the braided cable and provide a clean finish around the plug ends. Whether you use it at your desk, beside your bed or while travelling, the 1.2-metre cable length offers practical reach for everyday charging. For longer cable life, avoid pulling the cable by its wire, sharply bending it near the connectors or forcing the Lightning plug into your device's port.

Soft LED Indicator for Charging Visibility

The Mcdodo CA-7780 features a soft LED indicator around the connector area. This lighting detail helps you notice the cable while it is connected and can be especially convenient when charging in a dim room or beside your bed.The indicator is a visual charging-status feature, not a digital charging meter. It should not be treated as a display of exact charging wattage, current or battery percentage.

USB 2.0 Data Transfer up to 480Mbps

Along with charging, the CA-7780 supports data synchronisation through its USB-C to Lightning connection. Its listed transfer speed is up to 480Mbps, based on the USB 2.0 standard. This can be useful when connecting a compatible Lightning device to a computer or other supported USB equipment for file transfer and synchronisation. Actual transfer speeds depend on the connected device, USB port, software and file type.

Compatibility and Supported Devices

The Mcdodo CA-7780 uses a USB-C male connector on one end and a Lightning connector on the other. It is designed for compatible Apple devices with a Lightning charging port.

• iPhone: Compatible Lightning-equipped iPhone models, including supported models from the iPhone 8 through iPhone 14 generations.
• iPad: Compatible iPad models that use a Lightning connector and support charging through this connection.
• Apple accessories: Compatible Lightning accessories that support charging or data connection through a suitable USB-C source.
• USB-C chargers: USB-C PD power adapters with suitable output specifications for the connected Apple device.

Important compatibility note: This is a USB-C to Lightning cable, not a USB-C to USB-C cable. It is not suitable for Apple devices that have a USB-C charging port, including iPhone 15 and newer iPhone generations. Check your device's connector before ordering.
